Wideaware provide online training to help businesses and organisations deliver a better service to customers with disabilities - resulting in a increased customer satisfaction, a larger customer base and confident employees.
We offer two types of online disability awareness training, either of which can be based on existing or bespoke content :
1. Moderated online courses designed for teams to complete together - a combination of self-paced activities with online discussions and expert guidance.
2. Self-paced units that the learner can complete in their own time. We can host these on our Learning Management System or provide you with SCORM compliant modules to run on your own system.
Our courses promote a thorough understanding of the Disability Discrimination Act and the Disability Equality Duty, but most importantly deliver an awareness of what disabled people want you to know in order to attract and maintain their custom.
