OUR APPROACH

We believe that e-learning is boring when it doesn't have to be  - We have developed animated explainer videos with a characterful voiceover in a conversational tone. 

We believe that e-learning can't completely replace traditional forms of learning so it shouldn't pretend to. We focus on the 20% which brings the biggest impact. E-learning is great for introducing concepts. It can deliver knowledge, skills and confidence but it can't deliver competence so we don't drag out courses to cover as much as possible. Real learning happens when people put their new knowledge in to practice and start developing new behaviours. Our courses focus on what e-learning is good for.

We believe that e-learning should deliver a significant return on investment so we have developed a low monthly fee for unlimited access for an unlimited amount of employees with no contracts or tie-ins. If you aren't seeing a return on investment then you can cancel anytime.
